i’ve been staring at the ceiling for hours and i think i’m starting to believe it’s judging me

I've been smiling through every conversation, but I can't shake the feeling that I'm just going through the motions of being happy anymore

I keep nodding along in class like I understand what's being taught but I feel like I'm just faking it through every question and quiz
